Ticket Management

Excel Underground uses a web based Ticket Management system by Bytronics called Dig Track. This enables our field personnel to receive tickets from Diggers Hotline directly to their trucks in real time. We also use the program for reports and record keeping and to allow our customers to access information and status of tickets dispatched from Diggers Hotline.
