Excel Underground was established as a Limited Liability Company in December 2007 by Raymond Rock and his wife Jacklyn.
Ray brought with him, the skills and experience accumulated through the years since he first began in this industry in 1989. Having experience in both the managerial and field aspects of the business, Ray was able to apply that experience and knowledge in creating Excel Underground, LLC.
In a few short years, Excel Underground has established itself in the locating industry as a highly reliable company which places an emphasis on quality, safety, trust and community.
Quality is of utmost importance to us. Excel Underground has no interest in being the largest locating company, only the BEST.
